Rapid Pest Control sails through Buy With Confidence Audit

Newbury, Berks, 10th November, 2011: Newbury Based Rapid Pest Control Services have successfully passed their West Berkshire and Wokingham Trading Standards Buy With Confidence audit for the second time. The Buy With Confidence scheme was established by Trading Standards in light of a growing problem of unscrupulous traders and door knockers in the area. This scheme shows that any member has been vetted as being a proper and responsible business which deals with their clients fairly and with all due respect.

To become a Buy With Confidence member, an in-depth audit is carried out to see how you trade, how you handle customers, what your internal processes are and if they are robust, including dealing with any complaints. All staff are also CRB Checked as in most cases you will be entering a clients home or office. You also have to submit 10 references who the Trading Standards Office contacts to get independent views on how you performed as a supplier. Only after all steps have been confirmed can you become a member.
