German contact center solution BMS understands the world

Berlin based Junghanns Communications GmbH’s BMS Contact-Center suite is now available in English, that was announced by the company today. It is also possible to operate the agent’s seats within a center in different languages. Each agent can select the language according to his preferences.

„With the finalisation of the English version of our software we have made an important step into the direction of internationality“, declared Jens-Uwe Junghanns, managing director of Junghanns Communications, „we can now positively answer a lot of requests from the english speaking world. Especially the possibility to use the software with mixed languages is very interesting, it makes the use of agents from different countries possible, who can answer requests in their native tongue. At the moment we are working heavily on other version, French, Spanish and Italian versions are in preparation.“
