trenzyme GmbH offers recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S1 protein to support Coronavirus research
The 2019 novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has caused an outbreak of the respiratory illness COVID-19 that started in China and has now spread throughout the world. Meanwhile, the spread of coronavirus has a strong impact on our daily life and the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a global health emergency to gather resources to fight against this threat. To support SARS-CoV-2 research, trenzyme offers off-the-shelf recombinant protein of the receptor binding domain of SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike S1 from Wuhan pneumonia virus with C-terminal His-Tag. This recombinant protein can be used in SARS-CoV-2 research as antigen or control protein for analytic and diagnostic purposes as well as for vaccine development.
trenzyme's experienced scientific specialists are working on recombinant proteins since almost 20 years and have successfully produced more than 1000 different proteins so far. The service provider for life science industry offers highly customized production of different target proteins such as antibodies, enzymes, growth factors, cytokines and viral proteins and many other target classes.
Next to its highly customized protein services, the company provides a continuously growing catalog of off-the-shelf recombinant proteins to facilitating the fast access to high quality proteins to support research and development.
