"As people get to be 50+, it's even more important that proper exercise becomes a part of their lifestyle in order to help them maintain functional strength, balance, and to live purposefully," Jesse, owner of Inner Strength Fitness says.
"With the Covid-19 shutdowns, it's made it even harder for this particular demographic to maintain an active lifestyle. Most of the current online fitness videos being offered are designed for a younger demographic and don't properly meet the needs of these important people in our community. So we wanted to offer a Free Video service to give help in the meantime and offer support during this time."
People don't need hardly any equipment to get started, although an exercise band and a small pair of weights is recommended.
