XCXP Operating, L. P. and its operating subsidiary, BVX Operating, announce the addition of Rick Himbury as Vice President of Operations

Houston, Texas – 01 November 2011 - XCXP Operating, L.P. and its operating subsidiary, BVX Operating, Inc., an independent oil & gas producer, announced today that Rick Himbury will join the company as a partner and assume the position of VP of Operations.

Mr. Himbury brings over thirty years of operations experience in drilling and production. Prior to joining XCXP Operating, Mr. Himbury held operations and field supervisory positions at Conoco and later Conoco Phillips with steadily increasing responsibility, starting in 1979. At Conoco, Mr. Himbury has extensive experience in managing large oil and gas fields producing over 15,000 bopd and 100 MMCFD, and has been accountable for a 40 MM$ operating budget, co-managed 100 MM$ AFE projects and was responsible for implementing the compliance practices for safety, environmental and regulatory rules within his regions of responsibility.

XCXP Operating, L. P. and its operating subsidiary is a Midland Based Oil and Gas Company with offices in Midland and Katy, Texas. BVX Operating, Inc just completed a successful ten well drilling campaign in Andrews and Ector Counties in Texas and will drill an additional five to eight wells this year. BVX Operating, Inc. currently produces 370 bopd 850 mcfd in Andrews and Ector County and recently purchased new leases on 4,640 acres in Sterling County increasing their total acreage position to 6,170 in the Permian Basin.
