Rochester, MI., May 2, 2007-Brand Labs today announced the launch of its premier one-stop e-commerce package, Brand Labs Complete, a comprehensive suite of e-commerce services allowing retailers and manufacturers to effortlessly operate and grow their e-commerce businesses. Brand Labs combines a broad spectrum of expertise--including web site design, e-marketing and branding, merchandising, logistics, call center operations, order fulfillment and financial analytics--into one total solution.

Besides providing customer call centers and fulfillment services, Brand Labs Complete offers a unique e-reporting program, which extends far beyond traditional web metrics and reporting. With an in-house CPA, Brand Labs meets monthly with clients to analyze financial data. "This is particularly effective for manufacturers who need to keep up with current e-commerce competition, but need to see and understand where to allocate dollars in terms of ROI," said Mark Maurer, Brand Labs CFO. Brand Labs Complete is available now and priced using a unique revenue-share pricing model. Fees vary according to the individual needs and goals of each client. "Because of our revenue-share business model, we align our goals alongside our clients' goals to increase revenue with their e-commerce business," concluded Harman.
