NALLEY VOLVO WELCOMES RANDY PULLEN AS NEW GENERAL MANAGER
Marietta, Ga. —Nalley Volvo, serving metro Atlanta, is pleased to welcome Randy Pullen as its new general manager. Pullen, who has over 19 years of experience in the auto industry, joined Nalley Volvo in August. His most recent position prior to joining Nalley Volvo was as the general sales manager of Global Imports BMW.Pullen started his career in the auto industry as a vendor, but he soon began working directly for dealerships and quickly ascended to a leadership position. Pullen said, “My goals here at Nalley Volvo are to create the absolute best customer experience in every aspect of our store and departments, to have the very best selection in both new and pre-owned sales, and to provide the most thorough service and parts process we can.” However, Pullen was quick to add that his primary concern will always be customer service. “We are in the people business, not the car business," he said.
When not working at Nalley Volvo, Pullen enjoys spending time with his wife and the newest edition to their family, a 3-month-old daughter. He also enjoys flying planes and playing polo.
