Manufacturing Solutions for Process Automation – CENIT at EuroMold 2011

In Hall 8, Stand D46, CENIT will focus on automation, simulation and robotics as well as innovative V6 technologies

Stuttgart, October 21, 2011 – At this year’s EuroMold in Frankfurt, CENIT will focus on the benefits offered by CATIA for realizing end-to-end development and manufacturing processes in tool and die making. From November 29 to December 2, 2011, the product lifecycle management (PLM) experts will present solutions with a clear goal: Sustainable process automation.

As a value added reseller for the entire Dassault PLM portfolio – CATIA V5/V6, DELMIA, DYMOLA, SIMULIA, ENOVIA and 3DVia Composer – CENIT demonstrates its sound industry expertise, particularly for tool and die making.

The new V6 technology platform plays a central role here. All aspects of a seamless process chain will be highlighted. One practical example shows how data and processes are managed with ENOVIA V6 while still using CATIA V5 and how subtasks like tool design or NC manufacturing could be handled with V6.

The stand in Hall 8 will feature an eye-catching robot cell with a composite component from motorsport. This live presentation will provide an insight into the great potential offered by CENIT’s own software package FASTSUITE.

The special solutions in the FASTSUITE product family provide intuitive and effective support in the simulation and automation of complex machinery and robot farms during tool and die making. Whether this involves metal, plastic or composite processing is of secondary importance.

FASTSUITE complements the existing standard solutions CATIA and DELMIA, ensuring lasting support for manufacturing processes. A special FASTSUITE scenario for efficient edging shows, for example, the many possibilities offered by the 3D offline programming systems.
