TAMPA, Fla. – (Oct. 11, 2011) – C&L Value Advisors, LLC, a Tampa-based business advisory and accounting firm, offers four strategies to help small and mid-sized firms grow their businesses and improve profitability.
“We believe there are four ways to grow a business,” says Jolene Loos, CPA, C&L Value Advisors co-founder. “Clients who follow these business growth strategies typically enjoy improved profitability and also increase the value of their business.”
According to Loos, the first strategy is increasing the number of the right customers. “Few businesses know how to analyze which of their clients are most profitable. As a result, they focus on sales rather than profitability,” she says. Using the formula of 80 percent of revenue coming from 20 percent of the clients, C&L develops accounting systems to identify the most profitable clients, followed by strategies on marketing to the right prospects.
Second is increasing the value of each transaction. “Look at what the business is doing now for clients. Identify and offer services or products to meet additional client needs,” says Loos.
The third business growth strategy is increasing the frequency of transactions – how often a customer uses the business’s services or products. “There are many ways to do this, including regular re-evaluation of customer needs, loyalty programs or just looking for ways to provide better service,” says Loos. One example she gives is that of a hair salon that dramatically increased sales by booking the next appointment on the spot each time a client visited.
The fourth is to improve business processes. “Few businesses know how they are really operating in terms of time and process management. Knowing who is touching the client and how effective that is can make a huge difference in profitability,” Loos says.

But LOOS boilers used in power stations frequently have to meet precisely these challenges. Basic heating is generally provided by special power-heat-coupled water-tube boilers. Shell boilers, which are easier to use, supplement the systems and act as auxiliary boilers for start-up
