eXact learning solutions wins a Top20 Authoring Award for 3rd year running, in 2020
eXact learning solutions, the leading, global, LCMS provider, has again successfully been awarded a Training Industry 'Top20' Award for Authoring Technology. Other Authoring technology recognition
eXact's authoring technology recently came 3rd in a 'Top 10' global authoring systems assessment by DLM News, based on the publication's Digital Learning expertise and the user-friendliness of the LCMS solution. Again, eXact learning solutions was the only LCMS provider to be featured in the Top 10, marking it out as a 'best of breed' global solution.
Elearning technology continuous development
eXact recently exhibited at Learning Technologies 20 to showcase their latest releases and developments to the global elearning community. These are listed below.
Informal learning - 'con-X'
Among their latest, ground-breaking, advances, is 'con-X'. A new 'informal learning' solution. This extension of the LCMS, for knowledge-based collaborative elearning, allows the distribution of any kind of informal learning content. This is possible owing to the xAPI tracking functionality within the platform, which enables users to propose their own content, give feedback and interact with one another, alongside elements of gamification. Amongst the multiple organisational scenarios that con-X can be applied to, it can also be used to transform sales enablement in multi-national organisations. It is particularly suited to communities where sales teams often work remotely, are often mobile, and require 'point of need' information.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
eXact has integrated AI in the technology in the last 12 months. The company demonstrated how AI can support elearning at the Learning Technologies summer Forum, and has supported multinational firms in making huge cost, time and resource efficiencies with the use of AI to support automatic translations.
New releases 3.4
Beyond cutting-edge additions to the LCMS suite, eXact continues to focus on improving functionality for users, releasing new enhancements in content management functionality, tagging, search and accessibility in the short-term, to drastically improve the user-friendliness of the LCMS technology.
