10-11-2011 09:00 AM CET | Business, Economy, Finances, Banking & Insurance

Press release from: Quest CE

Quest CE released Questtrak 4.0 today. Questtrak 4.0 is used by annuity and mutual fund wholesalers that host continuing education events in branch offices for financial advisors and by CE program administrators. It offers an array of scheduling, tracking, and reporting capabilities allowing for firms to better manage their value-added insurance and designation continuing education program.

The release of Questtrak 3.0 in 2008 came with a series of functionality improvements including: an improved calendaring system which allows CE instructors and administrators to view, edit, and cancel events on a month-by-month basis, increased intelligence preventing an invalid course offering from being set-up, and a series of reports that can be uploaded directly to a firm’s CRM system.

Questtrak 4.0 continues to provide program administrators and instructors a system that is user friendly, provides on-demand/real-time reporting and contains built-in regulatory checks to ensure a program is compliant with all State DOI requirements. The enhancements to Questtrak 4.0 include: the ability to bookmark a seminar request and come back to complete later, the ability to copy seminar set-up information for future events, automatic insertion of shipping location address (no extra keystrokes), additional advanced reporting capabilities for program administrators, and an enhanced RSVP system which allows users to register for upcoming events and add the seminar to their calendars. The new enhancements continue to affirm Questtrak 4.0’s reputation as the industry’s most sophisticated and user-friendly insurance continuing education program administration tool.

Quest CE is the largest third party insurance and designation CE Providership Administrator in the nation. They manage over 30 programs for the industry’s top insurance carriers. This year Quest CE has already managed 10,653 seminars, processed 162,218 certificates, had 1,493 courses approved, and 4,259 instructors approved.
