NATURE BREAK TAKES YOU ON AN ISLAND BREAK IN AZORES
Nature Break just released a new location for its upcoming retreat taking place in Azores in May 2020.Every retreat offers yoga, meditation and self-development in exotic landscapes around the world, using Nature to help people reconnect with themselves and look into areas of their lives.
The available locations are Patagonia (Argentina), Amazonia (Brazil), Catalonia (Spain) and the upcoming Nature Break will take place in Azores (Portugal).
The benefits of Nature Immersion
In recent years, scientific research has proven that spending time in Nature lowers stress levels and improves creative reasoning.
Taking into account modern society lifestyle and technology dependency, several days of immersion in Nature, disconnecting from technology, has a positive effect on cognitive functions and in general wellbeing.
In this sense, Nature Break designs all of its retreats taking has a centerpiece idyllic places in the middle of the Nature, so that the guests can truly experience the benefits of this immersion.
Retreat in the middle of the Atlantic
Next Break will take place in Azores, an archipelago of volcanic islands in the middle of the Atlantic. A well-kept secret of blue lagoons, scalding springs and home to whales and dolphins alike (with direct flights from Lisbon, Boston and Toronto).
The week-long break will take place in Sao Miguel island in May 2020 and its designed around 4 core daily activities:
- Hike and Nature walks: Hikes adapted to all levels of fitness;
- Yoga & Meditation: Daily guided practices, that can happen indoor or outdoor, depending on the Break's location or the weather. Again, adapted to all levels.
- Self-development Coaching: ICF certified coaches developed (individual and group) exercises for all guests to look closer into different areas of their life.
- The power of the Group: Nature Break wants to bring together like-minded people that are open to share experiences, points of view and learn from each other.
Nature Break package includes accommodation, flexitarian meals showcasing local ingredients, transportation during the experience and lots of yoga, meditation and hikes.
Spots are limited to a small group of 12 people per week.
