RALEIGH, NC – First Merchant Services, a strategic sales partner of United Bank Card offering free point of sale systems and electronic cash registers, announces the launch of a sweepstakes in which one lucky winner will be given a 16GB iPad 2. Two runner-up prizes of $100 American Express gift cards will also be awarded.

16GB of space, Wi-Fi and that legendary Apple sleek design make the iPad 2 a must-have for business owners, busy executives or anyone looking for a fast, easy way to browse, email, play games, watch video and listen to music. Plus, the iPad 2 is thinner, lighter than the original iPad and has two cameras for FaceTime and video recording.

Contestants can enter for a chance to win by visiting and filling out the form. The sweepstakes will run from October 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011, after which the winners will be selected randomly. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited. Entry is limited to one per person.

Although all are eligible to enter, retailers and restaurateurs are especially encouraged to enter since grand prize and runner-up winners will also have the option to have their business featured on the First Merchant Services blog.
