VisiInc PLC acquisition of VIA3 delivers industry-defining technology platform and marks major push into Australian E-health market.Arizona, CA and Perth, Western Australia, September 29, 2011 - VisiInc PLC (VZJ) (http://www.deutsche-boerse.com) today announced a definitive agreement to acquire VIA3 (VIA3.com) in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately USD $16 million.

* Combined technology to spearhead global ultra-secure E-health platform for collaboration of data rich 3D digital media including voice and video conferencing.
The USD $16 million scrip deal to acquire USA Company VIA3 will deliver a powerful cutting edge total collaboration and conferencing platform, with secure 3D file sharing, secure video and audio.
“In acquiring VIA3, the VisiInc PLC offering will significantly accelerate our Australian E-health market thrust as well as fast track numerous global projects relating to health, medical, aerospace, engineering, geosciences, mining and education markets.” said Jacques Blandin CEO Founder of VisiInc PLC.
This integration will provide a total preferred solution for all types of 3D imaging, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, optical, and electron microscopy. Fast, efficient rendering of all types of geometry also makes it effective for many other applications, including image processing and analysis, PACS, DICOM, therapy and surgery planning, implant design, forensic medicine, education, training, and even molecular modeling.
