Lincoln Center, 62nd St, New York witnessed a great fashion extravaganza from September 8th 2011 through September 15th 2011 with New York Fashion Week presenting an excellent display of sartorial innovation. More than 250 designers/ labels were part of the fashion brigade and presented amazing collections for Spring/Summer 2012 Collections.

Fashion Week in New York didn’t just score on dramatic styles and dashing clothes but our darling celebrities were all out and about during the week. Ali Wise the fashion and luxury brand consultant was also seen
out and about with Sophia Bush, Leann Rimes, Chrissy Teigen, and fashion insider Louise Roe.

New York Fashion Week 2011 showcased beautiful collections of designers such as: Rodarte, Jason Wu, Oscar de La Renta, Thakoon, Diane von Furstenberg, Christian Siriano, Marchesa, Michael Kors, Vera Wang, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Charlotte Ronson.

Ali Wise was seen admiring the collections of her friend Charlotte Ronson which won the hearts of many fashionistas and celebrities.

The 8-day fashion festival was only overshadowed by the full blown party circuit post the fabulous runway performances. The transition from the ramps to the dance floor was as natural for the celebs, models and the designers. The after-show parties were an excitement blow out with fabulous people such as the exquisite Valentino letting loose!

Ali Wise who is a well known fashion consultant in New York was visibly happy at the 2011 New York Fashion Show and quipped, “It’s been such an inspiring time at Fashion Week, I love the energy and creative display of talent designers and of course the clothes for Spring!”

She further added, “My personal favorites are of course Charlotte Ronson, DVF, Rachel Zoe & Proenza. It’s great thing that both seasoned fashion designers and new-comers are getting the attention they deserve."

The most talked about after-hours parties included Rachel Zoe's birthday bash which also had her husband Rodger Berman surprising Rachel with a video montage of their 20 years together. The event was attended by friends and fashion insiders such as Sante D’Orazio, Sanaa Lathan, Rachel Roy, Joy Bryant, Joe Zee, Charlotte Ronson, Jade Jagger, Ali Wise and Maxwell among others.

Charlotte’s Ronson’s after party gathered great attendance and love just as her runway with her DJ twin sister Samantha Ronson, Ali Wise and even Kelly Osbourne celebrating her success!

The New York Spring Summer Fashion Week 2012 ran from September 8 through September 15th 2011 and was held at the Lincoln Center and other venues in New York City.
