Contract Logix will embed Sertifi’s electronic signature software within its cloud-based system, providing customers with a complete on-demand esignature solution for automating the contract approval process through its entire lifespan.

Electronic signatures are stored and managed along the way, allowing Sertifi to authenticate the sender and the signer based on their email address.
