Inszone Insurance Acquires Access Avenue Insurance, Inc.
Access Avenue Insurance, Inc. is a family owned agency, and has been servicing California and the Lake Forest area for over 33 years. Founded by Mike Gomberg, the agency has focused on providing coverage primarily to customers in the personal insurance preferred lines market. Access Avenue Insurance employees will continue operating out of the existing location in Lake Forest.
The acquisition of Access Avenue Insurance is part of a larger expansion and growth by Inszone Insurance, and becomes the eleventh acquisition for the company. Norm Hudson, Chief Executive Officer of Inszone, said, "Access Avenue has had a strong presence in the community in Lake Forest, we are looking forward to bringing it into the Inszone family and expanding on the legacy they have built."
Inszone Insurance is expected to complete a number of important transactions in the upcoming months as it continues to build its national presence.
