ITPower Solutions GmbH
As a response to the positive development of the company the trade name ITPower Solutions GmbH was founded to continue the business of IT Power Consultants Dr. Sadegh Sadeghipour und Mansour Kalantary GbR.
Since the founding of IT Power Consultants in June 2000, the company has been successfully established in the market and is well known for competent services for development and testing of embedded software for the automotive and medical technologies industry.
To master the growing company and to achieve a better market position, the company’s partners Dr. Sadegh Sadeghipour and Mansour Kalantary decided to continue the business as ITPower Solutions GmbH.
Under the umbrella of ITPower Solutions GmbH the two business divisions “Embedded” and “Print & Media” are covered. The division “Embedded” continues the business focusing on embedded software in the automotive and medical technologies branches. “Print & Media” previously known under the trade name IT Power Systems offers IT services and business intelligence solutions to print and media industry.
“The change of legal form and establishment of ITPower Solutions GmbH will help us position our company in the market more successfully and gain greater customers confidence. By bringing the divisions “Embedded” and “Print & Media” under the umbrella of ITPower Solutions we are able to benefit from synergy effects and offer our customers services in a more efficient way,” explains Dr. Sadeghipour the change.
With increasing number of employees the company grew out of its previous office. The new office of ITPower Solutions GmbH is now located in Berlin-Schöneberg.
