Automatic- The RF1 Range

The Rotech RF1 range of automatic stack to stack feeding systems are designed to handle a wide range of products. One system has the ability to serve several production lines and offers fast changeover between batches.
Fitted with the right type of printer/labeller these systems can address a range of coding and marking applications, such as; carton coding, sleeve coding, blister card coding, coding Tyvek pouches, even printing seed packs with all the information relating to the product inside. These systems save stock of pre-printed products and provide only the packs that are needed, when they are needed.
There are 3 basic models in the RF1 range;

• RF1 - Friction Feeder. Ideal for blister cards, lidding material, seed packets, pouches, etc.

• RF1 – Shuttle Feeder. Ideal for sleeves, flat cartons, booklets, etc

• RF1 – Vacuum Feeder. Ideal for polybags, crashlock cartons, resealable pouches, asymmetric products, etc
