EDSI Welcomes Chuck Mouranie and CMM Engineering LLC to the EDSI Consulting Team

DEARBORN, MI – August 30, 2011 — EDSI Consulting, a division of EDSI, formally announced the addition of Chuck Mouranie, joining the firm as a Partner and bringing with him a team of 11 consultants from CMM Engineering LLC of Waterford, MI. Formed in 1998, CMM Engineering LLC and its team of consultants bring with them over 300 years of operational and financial restructuring experience in multiple industries.

EDSI Consulting provides services in management consulting, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, economic development, work force consulting and customized training to a variety of corporations and government entities throughout the U.S. Over the past 13 years, CMM Engineering LLC has worked with 78 companies to modify operational cultures and turn around facilities and organizations.
