New Webcast over IP Production and Encoding Solution from InterMedia Solutions (IMS) and Teracue IPTV Systems.
IMS offers an efficient tool for the production, control, recording and publishing of live webcasts with MultiSource-WebCast. The software makes it possible to mix any external or internal media sources such as the video of a speaker and a PowerPoint presentation. In addition, texts, images, logos, banners and much more can be merged at any point. ONE single synchronous media stream is output, which can be encoded in any format, such as Flash, Windows Media, or Real, saved and then published as a live stream on the internet.
With the specially-adapted MultiCoder software from Teracue, this media stream can now also be encoded as high resolution HD video and H.264 stream and distributed within LAN and intranet environments. The technology developed by Teracue is compatible with all Teracue products for transmitting and administrating IP-based video streams.
With the new software bundle, IMS offers the possibility of making videos, through to rich media webcasts and presentations available on the internet and intranet. Typical application examples are live streams of: conferences, lectures, training, supervision signals and all kinds of face-to-face events.
The official product presentation will take place as part of IBC 2011 "The Connected World" (Amsterdam, 9th -13th September 2011) at the IMS (411) und Teracue (423) stands in Hall 13.
