In 2009 About.com named the Brosix White Board its “Best Instant Messenger Feature” of the year.
The following tools are available when using the White Board tool: paint, insert a picture, draw a line, draw a circle, draw a rectangle, erase, text caption, pointer, and fill an area.
“Users are taking advantage of the White Board feature in a number of different ways,” Stefan Chekanov, Owner of Brosix said. “For example, two people on opposite sides of the world can collaborate and share ideas for a flow chart, logo, or any other type of image.”
Starting a White Board session is a simple process. The user will select a contact from their list and subsequently click on the “White Board” icon on the toolbar. This starts the real time session and allows for immediate sharing.
