SimplyCast Names New Board Member

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, August 25, 2011 - SimplyCast.com, a leader in multi-channel marketing Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution for organizations worldwide, today announced it has elected Aubrey Palmeter as its newest Board member.

Mr. Palmeter is the President & CEO of EastPoint Engineering Limited. During his career, Mr. Palmeter has led or participated in a broad range of consulting and construction activities including strategic planning, organizational studies, facility planning, design, business case analysis and life cycle costing, construction, and acquisition.

Mr. Palmeter is also President of Intrepid Private Equity, a division of Intrepid Holdings Ltd. an investment company with interests in Private and Public enterprises.

Mr. Palmeter has served on the Boards of a number of public and private Corporations in both Canada and the United States and has provided his support to a number of not-for-profit organizations and industry associations.
