SucceeEd to set up centers of Excellence for Developing Skills and Employability - By Vandeep Gupta

SucceeEd is the Indian training associate of recognized Cambridge University ESOL, UK also the Training Partners of Retailers Association of India - RAI. SucceeEd looks forward to utilize their collaborations as a strength and set up various centers of excellence with a focus towards developing skills and increasing employability.

In a press release, SucceeEd's Executive Director (IT) Mr. Vandeep Gupta, stated that for the first time in the state of Maharashtra SucceeEd has launched a specialized Industry and relevant course in Retail - “ Professional Retailers Skill Certificate ” along with unique programs in communication skills which can be offered to a student as early as 3rd standard onwards all the way up to business communication skills for the graduates and post graduate students.

SucceeEd's Executive Director (BD) Mrs. Tanya Gupta states that the core team of succeeEd realizes the opportunity for employability through skill development in India, statistics show that 85% of the working man-force in countries like USA, China and Japan come from Vocational training alone whereas in India the vocational training or skill development segment has contribution of a meager 6%. To fill this huge gap and offer Industry relevant courses leading to direct employment SucceeEd has launched these specialized courses with a focus on tier 2 and tier 3 cities with a vision to offer equal opportunity towards employment to the students of Maharashtra.

SucceeEd Managing Director Mrs. Preeti Malik, says that through this initiative SucceeEd requests not only the students, parents but also other various educational organizations and institutions in the state to join hands with SucceeEd towards developing skills to increase employability.

Lastly Chairman of SucceeEd, Mr. Sunil Malik mentions that the certifications with these courses is the cherry on the cake. Joint certification from Retailers Association of India - RAI & SucceeEd for the Retail course and certification from Cambridge University, UK for the unique course on communication skills.
