The report gives a monthly snapshot of countywide real estate activity in Sarasota and Manatee counties, as well as a breakout of individual areas to demonstrate localized variances throughout the region, including Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Venice and Englewood.
“We hope this report will help educate readers about the condition of the housing market so that they can make informed decisions when buying or selling a home,” said Peter Crowley, president of RE/MAX Alliance Group, who will write the monthly analysis. Crowley is an active participant in the local real estate industry as Broker/Owner and Board of Directors member of both the Sarasota Association of Realtors and My Florida Regional MLS. He also holds Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Florida.
