Press release from: Seavus Group

Malmoe (Sweden), July 26, 2011 – Seavus® Group today announced it is a new member in the ARM® Connected Community®, the industry’s largest ecosystem of ARM technology-based products and services. As part of the ARM Connected Community, Seavus® will gain access to a full range of resources to help it market and deploy innovative solutions that will enable developers to get their ARM Powered® products to market faster.

“ARM Connected Community is one of the best examples of manufacturers being supported by industry’s largest network of Partners ready to jump in at any step of the way in product development”, said Kosta Karpuzovski, Strategic Program Manager at Seavus.

“Massiveness and complexity of the embedded software is rapidly progressing, rising the development cost accordingly. However, this is changing nowadays. New concepts that will speed time-to-market and cut costs for development are becoming extremely popular in the software development world. I like to call it reduced cost-to-market strategy. Applied in the field of ARM based devices, where Android is the platform of choice, Seavus expertise and refined techniques of software development reduce cost by leveraging standardization across the ARM ecosystem. We, as partner in ARM Connected Community will help companies to focus on differentiating better, instead of implementing faster”, said Mr. Karpuzovski.

The ARM Connected Community is a global network of companies aligned to provide a complete solution, from design to manufacture and end use, for products based on the ARM architecture. ARM offers a variety of resources to Community members, including promotional programs and peer-networking opportunities that enable a variety of ARM Partners to come together to provide end-to-end customer solutions. Visitors to the ARM Connected Community have the ability to contact members directly through the website.

“The Connected Community is all about companies working together to provide the most complete solutions in the shortest possible time. By joining the Community, which now comprises more than 850 companies, Seavus increases the large portfolio of skills, products and services that are centred around the ARM architecture, and currently available to developers worldwide,” said Lori Kate Smith, Sr. Manager Community Programs for ARM.

Seavus® Group is a software consulting and development company founded in 1999 in Malmoe (Sweden). Today, Seavus Group has over 500 field experts and a proven track record in providing successful solutions, system integration and support to wide range of customers worldwide.
