SERDI awarded FAA e-FAST Contract

SERDI announces the award of a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) for the Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (e-FAST) program.

FAA eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals. Under this MOA, SERDI is eligible to provide ISO 9001:2008 backed software engineering, systems engineering and systems integration services for the next 7 years. With a $2B ceiling the e-FAST contract, FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling its Small Business goals. SERDI was awarded a BPA to perform services in 3 functional areas:

♦ Business Administration & Management (BAM)
♦ Engineering Services (ES)
♦ Computer/Information Systems Development

The FAA developed eFAST in order to support its operations to streamline procurement processes. eFAST offers a broad range of comprehensive professional and support services and solutions consisting of engineering, research and development, information technology, emerging technologies, financial, and management services. This is the first generation of the eFAST program, and has a base period of 5 years through September 30, 2014, with 2 options of one year each.
