While tech insiders seem to be connecting the dots, the stock market reacted unfavorably with financial analysts downgrading Google stock to “sell” status.

Google’s purchase of Motorola Mobility along with the thousands of patents that come with it, is just the latest in the “Patent Wars”, that have been going on between the big players, mainly Microsoft, Google, and Apple, with a little input from Samsung and Motorola here and there.
