Phillip Hodge aka Thuggizzle Initiated This Outreach Program For The Victims of Sexual Abuse Informing Them That They Are Not Alone. Phillip Hodge aka Thuggizzle was also a victim of child molestation and is a product of the foster care system. Not only did he and his sisters persistently experience a multitude of foster parenting from different homes, he also faced during his childhood, at the age of 5, sexual abuse and remained silent about it for many years for many reasons. The home life of his childhood was one of instability and neglect. His mother sold drugs, and he and his three sisters grew up in and out of foster care. They were made wards of the state at a young age. He said his acting out led to him being placed on several medications. After repeatedly getting in trouble, a staff member at the Baptist Children's Home where he was staying sat Hodge down and set his head on straight. That conversation planted a seed in Hodge’s head about channeling his stress and trauma into music. Not only does he understand the criticality of this matter but also has experienced it first-hand. Thuggizzle is now a millennial entrepreneur, philanthropist and above all a force to reckon within the music industry today. Having redefined rap music overtime, Thuggizzle shows why he is called a poetic lyrical genius as he prides himself in the ability to go into the studio without ever writing anything down on paper and still comes out with full blazing songs. He was born with the ability to compose spontaneous poetry. The Texas-based rapper Thuggizzle is the true definition of freestyle rap music. Child molestation is a crime and one of the most inhuman actions one can perform. Not only does it break the child emotionally and physically but also psychologically leaves a scar on the child.
