Mid-Level Gum Removal Systems: Upgraded, Ready for Shipment

WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. – August 05, 2011 -- Daimer Industries®, recognized widely as the leader in gum removal products and equipment, announced shipping plans for the upgraded KleenJet® 3000 Gum Exterminator® gum removal line. Daimer®’s announcement covers a pair of 60 Hz systems and a pair of 50 Hz systems that are expected to ship by May 15.

"We’ve beefed up the power on all four variations of the 3000, completed beta and QA testing, and now we’re prepared to start selling," exhorted Matthew Baratta, a world-wide gum removal spokesperson at Daimer.com. "By increasing the pressure levels and temperatures on these four versions, we’ve challenged the competitors to do the same."

Mid-Level Gum Removal Equipment
The new KleenJet® Gum Exterminator® 3000 equipment includes these units:
- The KleenJet® 3000CVG: a commercial-grade steam cleaner system that comes with a full-bore vacuum unit supporting HEPA filtering, a Daimer® Gum Exterminator® gum removal unit, 1,600 watts of power, as well as nearly 105 psi and 356°F heat.
- The KleenJet® 3000CVGP: An enhanced variant of a 3000CVG that also adds the company’s patent-pending ATIS® germ-eradicating technology. The technology, integrated into the 5-liter boiler system, destroys deadly germs, including MRSA staphylococcus.
- The KleenJet® 3050CVG: a 50 Hz variant of the 3000CVG that generates pressures to 7.2 bar and heat to 180°C.
- KleenJet® 3050CVGP: a 50 Hz machine that adds the ATIS® germ technology to its boiler unit.
The 3000 line of gum removal equipment includes Daimer® Gum Exterminator® integrated technology with the following components: a redesigned squeegee with extraction, a rust-resisting hardened-steel scraper brush and a gum-dissolving liquid. The 3000 series machines will be sold with 2 bottles of solvent solution that reconstitutes to 22 gallons, or about 83 liters, of undiluted product.
