CHICAGO’S 101 BEST AND BRIGHTEST ‘ELITE WINNERS’ ANNOUNCED TODAY

Chicago, IL. Aug. 1, 2011 –The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) honored 101 Chicago companies that set the bar for innovation and consideration when it comes to human resources initiatives. This year’s winning companies were honored today at “Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” annual awards competition. Of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies honored, 11 Elite Winners were named.

These Chicago companies represent the best practices in human resources programs in the area. The Elite winners are selected based on their overall high scores and are then named an Elite winner in their respective category. The most prestigious award, the “Best of the Best,” was presented to FONA International, Inc. of Geneva, which demonstrated excellence in all categories.

The 11 categories in the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For are: Communication, Community Initiatives, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Multiculturalism, Employee Education and Development, Employee Engagement and Commitment, Recognition and Retention, Recruitment and Selection, Work-Life Balance, Small Business and the “Best of the Best” Award.
