Focus on Voice: ECT Exhibits at SpeechTEK 2011
Vendor of value-added services showcases cloud-based contact center and PBX products in the USAMunich/Plano, TX August 1st, 2011: The spotlight will be on the latest innovations in voice technology when ECT (European Computer Telecoms Inc.) attends this year’s SpeechTEK conference in New York City. The vendor of complete solutions for value-added services in the voice and multimedia domain will be present at the annual event from August 8-10 in the Hilton New York at booth #213.
ECT will show carriers and service providers how they can offer cloud-based value-added services to their corporate customers. These include network-based IVR, network-based contact center services, televoting and virtual PBX to achieve true fixed-mobile convergence.
