Sejal Ravji, Ph.D joins SPRIM as Strategy & Innovation Manager
Sejal´s background includes a Ph.D on “The Rheological Evolution of Fractal-like Gel Structures” and a Senior Postdoctoral Research Associate at University of Wales (UK). He also counts with a M. Eng (Honors) in Biochemical Engineering, from the University College London (UK) and at Purdue Univeristy, Indiana (USA).
Sejal Ravji has more than 14 years of experience in Strategy and Innovation and R&D in the food industry. He worked for 5 years as Senior Project Manager at Nestlé Research Centre in Switzerland. He also worked for 2 years as Conceptualization Manager at Nestlé France. For the past 3 years, he has worked as Innovation and R&D Manager at Northern Foods plc Frozen Division.
