It’s not just Lord Sugar who’s been recruiting: we at oneagency.co recently appointed three new members of staff (and no one’s got fired).

Front of house, an internal project manager and another web developer; the one thing all three have in common is their ability to make things work.

Whether it’s Mandy Banester’s ability to ensure the smooth running of our large city centre office, Bruce Peterkin’s hugely respected ability to build interactive websites, or super-organised Rebecca Milk’s digital knowledge that’s keeping us delivering great client work on time, time and again; all three appointments are equally important and vital to the success of our agency.

Mandy is the perfect person to take on the responsibilities of Sam, who managed our offices and accounts before going on maternity leave. With a background in media, Mandy is equipped for life in a fast-moving agency and at the same time capable of providing valuable account support to our busy client services team.

Bruce has been working as a web developer for over a decade on accounts such as Fujifilm, Sony Ericsson and numerous charities. Open source web development is his speciality which means better quality, more reliable, more flexible and more cost-effective web solutions for our clients. We’re lucky to have his advanced technical skills on board.

Last but by no means least, Rebecca Milk has worked with us as a client, so we knew how good she was well before she started! Great with people and supremely organised, it’s like she was made for the role of our internal project manager. She oversees the coordination of web developers, designers, clients and the client services team, plus plans, manages and progresses all our digital projects. It’s not a job for the faint-hearted!
