World famous fitness program coming to Madison, AL
Adventure Boot Camp is a four week, outdoor fitness program for women only that caters to women of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. The program combines the best aspects of personal training and group fitness in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. The instructor for Madison Adventure Boot Camp is Keisha Nelson who grew up in Madison and graduated from Bob Jones High School. Nelson is a well recognized figure in the fitness community, having trained hundreds of Madison residents.
Each camp includes nutritional guidance, pre and post assessments, daily motivation, obstacles courses, resistance training, core exercises, cardiovascular workouts, fitness games, and many other unique workouts. “This program has literally been changing lives in Huntsville for the past two years.” says Joe Martin owner of Huntsville and Madison Adventure Boot Camp. “So I am very excited for the women of Madison to be able to experience Adventure Boot Camp.”
Adventure Boot Camp started locally in Huntsville in July of 2009. Huntsville ABC has been voted the best place for women in the Tennessee Valley to exercise. Both Huntsville and Madison locations are owned by Martin who grew up in Huntsville and graduated from Grissom High School. After getting his degree in Health Promotion from Auburn University, Martin has trained hundreds of Madison County residents.
