Press release from: breensmith advertising

Stevi B’s Pizza Buffet, and ad agency of record breensmith advertising, recently launched an integrated media campaign that utilized social media to engage local customers. Stevi B’s invited parents to participate in the ad campaign by asking them to upload pictures of their children to the Stevi B’s Facebook event page. The hook: one kid from each store’s trade area would be featured on a billboard for all their friends, family and classmates to see.

Each billboard featured its own local “Stevi B’s kid.” The campaign delivered on the brand’s promise of family fun and a different kind of pizza experience. The winning children were also featured in local newspapers and on websites, and were blogged about by the “mommy bloggers,” gaining additional press attention.

Overall, the contest was deemed a success. Stores are experiencing positive comp sales growth and the pizza franchise has more than doubled its social media database in three months.
