Billingsley Company Announces Changes to Industrial Team

Billingsley Company today announced the new appointments of two leaders within the industrial team. Effective immediately, Carter T. Crow will serve as the industrial team's Senior Vice President and George Billingsley will be promoted to Vice President.

Billingsley will be responsible for the Metropolitan, East Hines, and Brook Hollow submarkets. Billingsley and Crow will work with Marijke Lantz, senior vice president of investments, to seek further industrial acquisitions.

Crow earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona before entering the hotel industry. He began his real estate career in 2000 when he joined The Holt Companies as a marketing associate. Within a year, he was ranked in the Dallas Business Journal’s “Real Estate Ranking Rookie of the Year” and since then has continuously made the Dallas Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters List. He joined the Billingsley team in 2002.

George Billingsley graduated from Dallas Baptist University and is currently seeking his Masters of Science in Management degree from SMU’s Cox School of Business. He joined the company in 2007, working on the multi-family portfolio but quickly realized the industrial asset class is his strong suit. His experience ranges from leasing and accounting to analysis and asset management.
