Criminal Damage and Weekend Offender - Youth Inspired Fashion

Criminal Damage and Weekend Offender are two of the most youth orientated brands to hit the screens of independent designer mens clothing retailers Mainline Menswear in the past few years. Both appearing mid summer and gearing up for a massive winter on the site both Criminal Damage and Weekend Offender are British brands that has a great history in street and urban clothing and will succeed in the current fashion market. With this in mind it's well worth running through the history and current focus of two of the brands that could make it big in the next couple of years.

Firstly we'll start with Criminal Damage, the newer of the two brands to Mainline Menswear. Criminal Damage were established in 1991 in East London and began by taking current fashion trends and re-designing them, adding their own twist to the designs that could range from bright and eye catching through to plain and subtle. Now some twenty years later the brand has a cult following and is currently offering a range that includes trends for 2011 and 2012, with baseball and varsity jackets, chinos, hooded shirts, cargo shorts, jogging bottoms, hooded jackets and much much more all available with the printed 'CD' logo or small brown Criminal Damage rectangle logo. The brand should be around for a long time to come, and as their exposure and range grows so will the diversity of designs, meaning that their unique twist will be seen across a variety of products and clothing season after season.

Weekend Offender has had slightly more exposure on Mainline Menswear being a month or two older on the site. The British brand was, as of two years ago, a graphical t shirt brand that was struggling to make an impact in the mainstream fashion world. As their niche following grew so did their range of clothing and more jackets, polo shirts and hooded jumpers were added. This was an instant success and before long the clothing collection took off, becoming popular at football grounds around the UK as well as festivals and with people who lived for the weekend. This expansion led to more retailers showcasing the brand and in turn led to an appearance on Mainline Menswear stocking their famous graphical lyric t shirts, branded polo shirts, printed hoodies and much more with the now growing Weekend Offender logo on the chest.
