LivePerson and ineedhits Enter Joint Marketing Agreement

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- April 13th, 2007 -- LivePerson, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN), a provider of online conversion solutions, and ineedhits, a leading search marketing firm for small business owners, today announced a joint marketing agreement to offer their services to each company's respective small business client base.

Under the terms of the agreement, by using the new SEO Wizard Reseller Solution developed by ineedhits, LivePerson will provide access to ineedhits' search engine optimization and submission tools to the company's small business customers and ineedhits will refer customers interested in live chat solutions directly to LivePerson.

Sales Manager of ineedhits, Peter Gavalas, says "Our businesses have similar customer bases and we understand how important it is to drive traffic to a site with strong search marketing and then have the sales conversion tools such as LivePerson to convert every opportunity.
