Components of full or partial automatic stripping machine

1. The principle of work for full or partial automatic stripping machine:
Transmission wire through inlet wire wheel and outlet wire wheel and complete the cutting and stripping with knife rest assembly.

2. Brief introduction to main components function:

(1) Inlet wire wheel uplift knob: uplift inlet wire wheel while full or partial automatic stripping machine‘s threading, turn the knob clockwise to raise up inlet wire wheel, so that you can smoothly pass through the wire; In opposite, anticlockwise turn the knob means put down the inlet wire wheel and withhold the wire.

(2) Knife rest assembly: responsible for wire cut, wire head cut and wire tail strip in full or partial automatic stripping machine,at the state of switch off, the upper and lower two blades need to be open at the largest, so that the wire pass through the cutter.

(3) Inlet wire wheel gap rotation knob: adjust the inlet wire wheel gap of full or partial automatic stripping machine, swirl up to increase this gap, swirl down to decrease this gap (adjust according to the thickness of wire).

(4) Inlet wire wheel: deliver wire and strip out wire head. while full or partial automatic stripping machine is stripping short wire, it strips wire head and tail (wire length less than 50 mm), besides stripping wire head, also semi-strip.

(5) Outlet wire wheel gap rotation knob: adjust the outlet wire wheel gap of full or partial automatic stripping machine, swirl up to increase this gap, swirl down to decrease this gap (adjust according to the thickness of wire).

(6) Outlet wire wheel: deliver wire and strip out wire tail. (it’s useless for full or partial automatic striping machine while stripping short wire, you need locate outlet wire wheel rotation knot at “U”.)

(7) Outlet wire wheel liftup knob: take out wire please lift up outlet wire wheel first, counterclockwise rotate knob is liftup outlet wire wheel, so that you can take out the wire. when it’s working, please clockwire rotate this knob to put down this wheel. (lift up outlet wire wheel when machine runs short wire stripping programme.)

(8) Outlet wire wheel pressure adjust knob: be for full or partial automatic stripping machine to regulate the wheel pressure. rotate this knob counterclockwise after the wire drag out, this wheel pressure increased. after dragged out, clockwise rotate this knob, this wheel pressure decreased. (decided by wire strength, difficult to strip wire you should enhence the pressure, otherwise decrease.)

(9) full or partial automatic stripping machine outlet wire wheel pressure regulate knob: pull out and clockwire rotate this knob, wheel pressure increase. pull out and counterclockwire rotate this knob, wheel pressure decrease. (decided by wire strength, difficult to strip wire you should enhence the pressure, otherwise decrease.)
