Full-Service Agency cormes Strengthens Umbrella Brand “ViralAddicted” By Integrating Former Sub-Brands

Berlin, 28th August 2019 – To strengthen the umbrella brand “ViralAddicted”, the Berlin-based full-service agency cormes is merging the four sub-brands “ViralAddicted (@ViralAddictedShow)”, “Crazy Videos by Viral Addicted (@crazy.videos.viral.addicted)”, Hiphop Vip (@viral.factory.viral.addicted)” and “Fast & Furious 9 (@Viral.Hype.Viral.Addcited)”. Between them, the four pages have a following of 1,1 million fans worldwide. Since they all share viral videos as a common theme and have been marketed with the label “ViralAddicted” for a while, they are now being integrated into one umbrella brand. The merger does not come un-announced, as the umbrella brand has been anchored in the page plugs for fans to see and get used to for a while now. Both from the point of view of followers and operators it does not make sense to keep the four sub-brands separate. By joining the pages’ forces to create the larger, more relevant brand “ViralAddicted”, the user experience on Facebook will be improved and content of the best quality can be provided, as well as duplicated posts avoided. Additionally, it will facilitate interaction between fans and strengthen their sense of community. Strengthening this umbrella brand is cormes’s first step into the international market.
