Camber Joins Humaware To Deliver Advanced Aircraft Maintenance Health and Usage Monitoring Technologies

Camber Corporation, a leading provider of aviation engineering and technical support services, has entered into teaming arrangements with Universal Pipe Enterprises, the developer of its Humaware technology and a principal developer of advanced technologies for use in Aircraft Maintenance Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS). HUMS technology monitors and records key rotor, engine, gearbox, power, and usage data critical in understanding the current health of operating aircraft. Humaware has developed reliable and robust technology to enable these HUMS data to be utilized effectively in Condition Based Maintenance programs, generally known as CBM+. This will add considerable value to existing programs and enable customers to use prognostics to forecast maintenance sufficiently early to enhance readiness and reduce Operating and Support (O&S) costs.
