Andrew Bers Team Named Five Star Real Estate Agents
Based on an independent survey of recent homebuyers, this is the only designation determined primarily by independently verified customer satisfaction. A survey was provided to all Sarasota residents who purchased a home of more than $100,000 within a 12-month period, as well as Sarasota magazine readers, and 250 mortgage and title companies. Respondents were asked to evaluate real estate agents they knew through personal experience and to evaluate them based on nine criteria. Both negative and positive evaluations were included in the scoring. The “Five Star” designation represents less than 7 percent of licensed agents in the Sarasota area.
The Andrew Bers Team with RE/MAX Alliance Group is headed by Andrew Bers, who is a consistent top ranked Realtor worldwide. He has represented buyers and sellers of some of the area’s most exclusive luxury properties. Bers is also a preeminent short sale expert and foreclosure authority with established local and national bank relationships. Robbie Petsinger is the Operations Manager for the Andrew Bers Team. Together, they have 24 years of real estate experience.
