Billingsley Company Gets Official Approval to Re-Zone Four Corners of 190 and Dallas North Tollway

Billingsley Company, a longtime leader in Texas master-planned communities and real estate developments, received official City of Dallas approval last Wednesday to develop its property at the four corners of the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 190.

The major north Dallas intersection will host four buildings which will consist primarily of office space and stand 16 stories tall. As part of Billingsley’s strategic development of the key corners, one building may ultimately become a hotel. The total size of all four buildings is approximately 1.4 million square feet.

The design plan calls for each of the buildings and corners to link together in a sophisticated architectural design, providing unification and aesthetic appeal. In addition to office space, the buildings will host a variety of retail stores such as sundry shops, cafes, and coffee shops that will cater to office tenants. Additional office amenities will include unobstructed views of the city and great tenant visibility.

Parking will be ample. The 16-story buildings will have podium parking at the base with office towers situated above.

The ideal location of the office park will allow professionals an easy commute from surrounding communities including Addison, Plano, Frisco, Allen, Lewisville, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, and Garland. Nearby parks and shopping centers are also abundant, which will offer workers easy access for lunch or after work. Several fitness centers are also close by.

Billingsley has already positioned itself in the area by building Gramercy on the Park, a large apartment community close to the southeast corner of Highway 190 and the Dallas North Tollway.
