Rugosa Announces New Hours for Summer

EAST HAMPTON, NY — Rugosa Restaurant has announced that it will be open seven days a week for the summer. Starting July 6, Rugosa will be open Monday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant will offer its prix fixe menu from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. every Sunday.

Customers can enjoy the finest contemporary American cuisine and its line of summer cocktails created with the freshest ingredients. Rugosa also offers the largest prix fixe menu on the East End, in which customers can order items outside the menu for an additional charge.
