Live Auto Auction Introduces Cypriots to OnLine Ringman

Live Auto Auction uses OnLine Ringman to launch the first automotive auction Cyprus.

NICOSIA, Cyprus – June 23, 2011 – Over three decades ago, Kitsios Motors was the first company to bring Japanese cars to the island of Cyprus. This week, Live Auto Auction, a member of the Kitsios Motors Group of companies, is again revolutionizing the way Cypriots buy and sell cars.

In a VIP media earlier this week, Christoforos Kitsios, CEO of Live Auto Auction, hosted a demonstration and introduced the auto auction to Cyprus. Local media representatives were on hand today for the first look at Live Auto Auction’s newly constructed facility with seating for up to 100 on-site bidders. In the first full auction event today, on-site bidders can be joined by bidders participating in real time from their homes or offices on the internet.

Using technology to join Tuesday's media event from Tampa, Florida, Nancy Rabenold, CEO of Xcira, the creator of the OnLine Ringman software being used by Live Auto Auction, told those gathered that “today and into the future, Live Auto Auction will allow clientele from all over the world to participate in the emotion and excitement of its live auction events.” OnLine Ringman has been used in countless automotive auction events worldwide since its first event in 1999 and Xcira is excited to be working with Live Auto Auction to bring the automotive auction to Cyprus.
