Recruitive Software acquired by SaaS Holdings Limited

SaaS Holdings Limited has confirmed today that it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Recruitive Software.
The deal has taken in excess of twelve weeks to conclude whilst administrators sought a new buyer for the Intellectual property rights and assets of the software house. It is understood there were three or more interested parties competing for the business. The deal safeguards the jobs of the 33 staff employed by Recruitive in Cannock, Staffordshire.
New members are joining the board of SaaS Holdings Limited to help drive the business forwards under a restructure plan. In addition, the new business will also house the front-end design studio of Zero One Design the specialist careers website design and job board providers. This will enhance the current range of software products available whilst supporting clients with additional design, SEO and cloud-based hosting services.
