Nestled in tranquil tropical gardens within the award-winning Villa Air Bali | Boutique Resort and Spa, the welcoming Herbs & Stones Garden Restaurant is a sanctuary amidst busy Seminyak. Herbs & Stones offers casual elegant seating in the main al fresco pavilion and the air-conditioned garden room or outdoor bale, including lounge sofas overlooking the resort’s gardens and water features. The all-day dining is contemporary, creative cuisine with French roots that is dedicated to freshness and local sourcing.

The team of Herbs & Stones, under the leadership of Head Chef Arya Muliarta, Senior Chef De Partie Ngurah Widia Taruna and Restaurant Supervisor I Made Sugiarta has spent the past weeks enhancing an already wonderful menu. They are dedicated to focusing on quality and service to provide an eloquent experience people have come to expect from Villa Air Bali. In fact, it was most important to us at Villa Air Bali | Boutique Resort & Spa that the resort’s restaurant remains a tranquil venue for in-house guests and non-resort visitors alike.

Villa Air Bali continues to provide daily restaurant a-la carte service, weekly Balinese Dance performances, In-Villa dining services, private Cooking Classes, Candle-light dinners and more. “We are very excited about our new venue to offer our clientele and guests a contemporary venue in a unique setting in Seminyak. We are most delighted to offer a new, chic dining space, a bar and lounge area, comfortable in- and outdoor dining space and a new garden pavilion which can also be customised for various events,” said Resort Manager Roy Suer, and “we also cater for all types of events including but not limited to weddings, reunions, and more”.

Herbs & Stones Garden Restaurant’s menu features their famous Angus Tenderloin Steak ‘Rossini’ and a special Super-sized Floating Island made of Coconut Panna Cotta with passionfruit cousin and Blanc en Neige , in addition to new vegetarian, gluten free and kids options to provide a menu that satisfies every palate. Lunch and dinner choices run from signature dishes like Minute-smoked Butter Fish, Chicken Galantine, Mushroom Cappuccino, Indonesian Oxtail Soup ‘Buntut’, Black Teriyaki Burger, Duck Leg Confit and Garden Eden Prawn Ballotine - to a Bouquet of Vegetables in Curry with Chicken Katsu, ‘Stuffed Stones’, along with grills and classic comfort food. Colourful desserts, a cheese selection, signature cocktails, healthy mocktails, beers and a comprehensive wine list complete the experience.
