On July 13th, The Living Full Out show will discuss methods and techniques to help manage frustration. This week’s inspirational guest, Kat Harrison, has lived with a neurological disorder called Oscillopsia and will share how she handles feeling irritated. Host Nancy Solari will offer advice and tips on how to manage frustration on your own, so you can live your life full out.

After contracting a bacterial infection in her teens, Kat Harrison was diagnosed with a neurological disorder called Oscillopsia. She has recovered from 14 different surgeries throughout her lifetime, experiences daily chronic migraines and chronic ear disease. Although she has struggled with these events, Kat has managed to build a career after college working for a variety of magazines and websites such as Glamour, Time Out New York Kids, Yahoo and MSN. She also has become a chronic illness advocate on the Mighty, an online health community. Kat is currently working on her debut picture book titled Surgery on Sunday, which will publish next year.

The Living Full Out radio show, hosted by Nancy Solari, provides inspirational stories, valuable advice, and the opportunity to hear real-life scenarios experienced by every-day people. As a certified business and life coach, Nancy answers questions from callers seeking professional guidance on overcoming adversities. Nancy Solari was sixteen years old when she was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa and has experienced progressive vision loss over the years. Today, Nancy hosts the national Living Full Out show and is an inspiring example of creating a successful life through determination and positivity. Nancy believes everyone is capable of overcoming difficulties and living full out.
