Highland Springs Selects REES Associates as New Neighborhood Architect

DALLAS, TX—Highland Springs, an Erickson Living retirement community, announced the selection of REES Associates to design its newest neighborhood.

Highland Springs is planning its extended care neighborhood comprised of 96 units including assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care services to residents, fulfilling its continuum of care mission.

Established in 1975, REES Associates maintains a strong Texas base. REES has successfully completed over 7,400 projects worldwide and expanded its business with strong specializations in senior living and health care.

“We are excited to be partnering with the professionals at REES,” stated Chris Emmett, Executive Director of Highland Springs. “As the design and construction phases of our newest neighborhood moves forward, our team is confident that REES will meet our high expectations for quality work and prompt services.”

The eighty-nine acre community is located in North Dallas. In its independent living neighborhoods, Highland Springs currently features 447 apartment homes with a variety of one and two bedroom floor plans and pricing options.
